Built for independent lawyers

A practical new source of will-ready clients

  • No signup fee and no referral fee.
  • Keep the notarial fees you charge; Pamana does not share in them.
  • Be considered for nearby, will-ready referrals when matching launches.
  • Be featured as a participating Pamana notary after the directory launches.
  • Receive one complimentary Pamana will after approval so you can experience the platform.

Pamana does not guarantee referral volume, revenue, or client engagement. Lawyers remain independent professionals and set their own fees, schedules, and acceptance decisions.

How review works

  1. 01

    Submit your credentials

Share your Roll details, office address, current commission, and the two required images.

  2. 02

    Pamana reviews manually

An authorized administrator compares your submission with the Supreme Court Lawyers' List and reviews your current commission certificate.

  3. 03

    Receive a decision by email

Approved lawyers receive one complimentary Pamana will. No profile or matching result is public during this recruitment phase.

Encrypted and restricted

Your application details and uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only authorized Pamana administrators can review your application. If approved, only your name, profile photo, firm or office name, firm website or professional page, office address, business phone, and year admitted may become public when the Notary Network launches.

Current commission required

Applications are for Philippine lawyers who currently accept in-person will notarization and hold a current notarial commission. A certificate image is required because no nationwide public registry proves an ordinary paper commission is active.

You stay independent

Pamana does not employ participating lawyers, set their fees, or require them to accept a client. Each lawyer remains responsible for conflicts, professional judgment, and the notarial act.

Questions lawyers ask

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There is no signup fee or referral fee for this founding network.

Who sets and keeps the notarial fee?

You set your own fee and keep it. Pamana does not share in notarial fees.

When will referrals begin?

Only after Pamana has built a useful approved network and separately launches matching. Recruitment does not mean matching is available yet.

Is approval automatic?

No. An authorized Pamana administrator reviews every application. The Supreme Court Roll lookup is advisory and never approves or rejects anyone automatically.

What is the complimentary will?

Each approved lawyer receives a private claim link for one Pamana will so they can experience the platform.

What information may become public?

Only the profile fields listed in your publishing consent may be featured after the network launches. Your work email, Roll number, commission details and certificate, registry results, and admin notes remain private.
