Refund Policy

Our Approach

We want Pamana to feel fair. If something went wrong or you have a valid reason to ask for a refund, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it reasonably and in good faith.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, payment reference or receipt, date of payment, and a short explanation of the reason for your request.

Standard Refund Window

If you have paid but have not yet generated a will document, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.

After a Document Is Generated

Once a will document has been generated and made available for download, refunds are not available because the digital service has been fully delivered, except where a platform error or mandatory Philippine law gives you a remedy.

Valid Reasons and Required Remedies

Valid reasons may include:

  • Duplicate payment, wrong amount, or another payment processing error.
  • If we fail to generate your document due to a platform error, you are entitled to either a corrected document or a full refund at your choice.
  • The delivered document is materially defective because of a platform issue, in which case we will correct it or provide any refund required by law.
  • An unauthorized or mistaken transaction reported promptly.
  • Other fair reasons where a refund is required by law or reasonable under the circumstances.

Review and Processing

We will acknowledge refund requests and aim to resolve them within 7 calendar days through our internal support process. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible and are typically processed within 15 business days, subject to your payment provider's timelines.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right or remedy you may have under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act (RA 7394), the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967), or rules requiring repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods or failed services.
